You hear a lot of people ripping insurance companies these days, and I have been one of them. I must digress for a moment and give a shout out to the folks at UnumProvident, this company handled my short term disability claim while I was out in December and January. I actually had a person that I could speak to directly, who returned my calls, and followed up as they said they would. I would hope that in the future should I need them again, that the responsiveness that I received for this claim would be the same.
It was nice having the whole process go so smooth, it was one less thing to worry about, during my recovery time.
So once again thanks to the folks at UnumProvident.
