It comes as no surprise to this blogger that the latest terror plot that was foiled today, that the suspects were Muslims. This is the second such plot that has been uncovered in the last few months. Those suspects were Muslim as well.
When will the American Muslim community or the worldwide Muslim community condone such plots, and acts of violence committed in the name of Allah. The Islam apologists insist, that Islam is a religion of peace, but always seem to be silent when news such as this, and fail to distance themselves from such extremist. I realize the terrorists represent a very small percentage of the Muslim community, but its easy for the common folks to associate Islam with violence and acts of terror but until the Muslim community takes some ownership here and come out and speak against these acts, and cooperate with law enforcement, that most American will continue to associate Islam with terrorism.
Its good to see that our government is really stepping up is efforts to combat such horrendous and senseless acts of violence against innocent American citizens. Keep up the great work.
Note to Democrats, maybe the Patriot Act is working.
