Amazing What A Good Nights Sleep

Can do for the body and for your mental health. The last few nights I slept like crap. Plus with getting up at 0415 in the morning to be in the office by 0530 makes for some short sleep nights. I have been pretty wound up with work issues and a busy softball and baseball schedule, so that hasn't helped.

Today I had a 0900 doctor's appointment so I went into the office late. I slept in until circa 0645 and had gone to bed around 2200 last night.

I woke up refreshed and energized.
