But its 92° out with a real feel temperature of 97°, and yours truly thought it would be a good idea to ride his bike at 1430 in the afternoon. Although I was inside and in the basement, I still worked up a good sweat (read, it looks like I just stepped out of the shower). I went through about 40 ounces of water during my 39:15 in the saddle.
Damn it felt good to get a ride in, and even better to come up in the nice cool air conditioning. I haven't ridden all week save for Sunday.
