Got to sleep in until 1030 this morning, made the Mrs and I some coffee, slugged around for about an hour, then went downstairs and rode the bike for about 37 minutes. Actually was one of my better rides this month. Cranked out 15.34 miles in 37.46, which averages out to about 24.4 MPH. Which is pretty darn fast for me, usually I average in the upper 22's low 23's. Maybe it was the caffeine jolt
It was real nice to have a good ride, especially since it was as hot and humid here in the Philly area. Temperatures are in the low 70's, and I had a nice breeze coming in through the window.
