First my son, made the tournament team for his 7-8 year old baseball team. He was chosen amongst 30 players in his league. Fifteen are going to play
Then to my daughter, who made her all star team. Even though I was one of the coaches, I did vote for her, but she deserved to be on the team.
Baseball tournament started tomorrow night, all star game is next week
What is nice about this is that, both of my kids, may not be the best players out their, but they give 100% effort all the time, do what they are told, play hard, and most importantly have fun and are good sports.
They are truly learning the aspects of being part of a team and the benefits that it brings
