That the City of Philadelphia recently passed, has been rescinded by city council by a vote of 13-4. Council is reversing the resolution stated that it was inappropriate for the council to wade into this issue as issues like this cause division in our city (sic).
Geez maybe City Council should act this quick on the ever increasing murder rate this city has.
