Note to Coach Reid and GM Heckert, look for a better Punt/Kick Returner in the off season, Reno Mahe sucks, and the team needs a Westbrook type threat back that can be a real threat to break one open for some real yardage, and maybe get a kickoff return past the 20 or 25 yard line.
Jeff Garcia had a less than stellar game, completing only 17 passes on 31 attempts for 153 yards and one touchdown, but in the clutch and under pressure, in the last four minutes of the game performed wonderfully.
Tiki Barber's final game turned out to be a good one, 137 yards on 26 carries, although he had no touchdowns. He is a class act and the Giants are losing a great player, and future hall of famer.
Another good event this weekend was the Cowboys loss to the Seahawks last night, after the anointed one Tony Romo fumbled the snap on what would have been a easy 19 yard field goal for the win in the closing seconds of the game. After he had a few good games, he was everyone's golden boy, and it was great to see him choke in the big game, just like he did a few weeks before against the Eagles. (Cue Sarcasm)
Next up the Saints, this coming Saturday evening at the Superdome.
I think my heart rate is finally coming down, and the game has been over for nearly thirty minutes.
